1) Order your items by phone, fax or email, preferably through our 128-Bit SSL shopping cart. Do not send us plain emails with credit card numbers. Do not send us cash in letters.
If you want to order other items that are not in the web catalogue, or if you wish to order other items as an alternative for items that are unavailable from your original order use the textbox "Your notice to us:" or send us your request by Email including the article numbers and the quantity.
2) Wait for our reply. We need to collect all the items and confirm what items will be delivered to you.
2.1) If you have ordered with credit card, we will charge your card the day we dispatch your items and the invoice will be in the parcel.
2.2) If you have ordered with Paypal, you will receive an invoice that indicates the total amount. After paying this invoice, your items will be dispatched the same day we receive the funds. Do not make any payments until you have received an email that contains a *.Doc document with your name on it. The Email "Order Notification" is not your invoice.
2.3) If you live outside of Germany and wish to pay with bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with all required payment instructions, the day we can confirm that everything is ready to be shipped out.

2) Warten Sie auf eine Rechnung, die Email "Order notification" ist nicht Ihre Rechnung. Sie bekommen als Erstkunde eine Email mit einem Word-Dokument mit Ihrem Namen, erst dann überweisen Sie bitte den in diesem Dokument angegebenen Betrag.
