If we have not sent anything we are out of stock or the items you have ordered are impossible to restock. In this case and if you send an email to remind us, we will be happy to offer you other items to swap or include it out at all. Take in mind that we work with the "Cottage industry" which means that maybe the items you order are being made extra for you! It is impossible to have very item in stock.
We assure you that your credit card will not be billed and you are not asked to advise a payment until we got the items you requested ready for shipping.
